Hi I'm an amateur photographer who likes to take tons of photos, I took this photo and I would like to hear some opinion please be honest tell me what you think I would appreciated

A fun shot.  But if the main interest is the fountains, the kid is blocking that view!  For a better look at the fountains, I would have him sitting instead of standing.

I like it! The dark hat and shirt are a nice touch. I also like the silhouette of light around his body.

The composition is good, I like the light in the water as well as on the kid, and B&W works very well here (for me).

I don't care for the concrete with drips in the bottom, however. I would crop it out (making the image a 4x3) or, preferably, burn the vertical concrete beneath the capping tiles to remove the busy-ness down there. I think some PP to minimize all of that will work for this image.

Well, I got right away that the kid was the focus.

The new crop is acceptable; I liked the space above the water in the original shot, which is why I suggested burning. I still think you could burn the ledge, perhaps with a bit of general vignette.

I agree with all done above, but i will dodge the fountain. Being so dark towards the top makes the water appear muddy.
