What router are you using in your home?

My router is so old and slow.  I'm looking to buy a new one and from the reviews on Amazon the two big brands Linksys and Netgear both have really hit or miss positive reviews.

Which do you have and would you recommend?

Trendnet. Good support, and dual range.

D-Link.  Which I do not recommend.  Thorny install.  Worse, you don't dare ever power it down.  As turning it back "on" requires another install!

I have TP-Link. No complaints in the 2 years I've had it after the Linksys died. I don't really need it now because my Comcast modem is a wireless router also but if it ain't broke, why fix it?

Zyxel. A router and 2 NAS devices. Simple to manage, so far quite reliable.

I just have a Belkin wireless. It does what it is supposed to do without much trouble.

I don't know what it is.  It was supplied by Verizon and it works so I've paid no attention to it.

Linksys E4200 and although it's working now, I've had to call support and it's tough

Personally, I have had Lynksys, Belkin, Netgear, Cisco and Apple.

By far the Apple AirPort router has been my favorite. It works with any OS (PC and Mac) and is the easiest router I have ever set up. The signal is strong and the thing just keeps working month after month.

These days Asus is one of the top brands.

Right now though I have some netgear router that was pretty good at the time, but lacks range and slows down on wifi too much.

Now I'm looking to replace it with Asus or another faster Netgear.
Asus:

Netgear:

I'll probably go with the netgear because the Asus looks a bit over the top... lol

I am a fan of Zyxel and am enjoying my new wireless router. Super signal strength, easy setup, very inexpensive.
