I see where you're going with the fake gradients in there, but I feel like it's too obvious (the fact I can tell it's fake is the first clue).
Also, I think a slightly tighter crop would be good. I feel like your subject isn't obvious enough in this shot. I get that you're going for a "lonely" feel, but it just looks like a whole lot of grey. Perhaps a tad more dynamic contrast would improve it?
Potential is there for a great shot with a little more work.
I like the idea of the bird flying off into an uncaring perpetual ocean of nothing. Also the lines of the wave can be positioned to direct the eye from the lower right corner right up to the bird.

Thank you for the suggestion, Yes you right i put 2 graduated filters on LR to give the sensation on loneliness. Perhaps you right I will try and follow your suggestion.
