How long till you think till camera noise is completely gone?

Full disclosure:  I've had a few drinks tonight and not sure if I'm going to make 100% sense right now.  But I was thinking about ISO in new cameras, and all the advancements. It seems that newer cameras are able to get higher and higher ISO with out the introduction of noise.  Do you think the day will come when we can use ISO 100,000 and there be no noise out of the camera?

There will always be some digital noise in a poorly exposed image, and always be an audible noise as long as the mirror is flipping up and out of the way...;)

Why so serious?

Imagine that, using ISO 100,000 and have no noise?

409,600 ISO is insane!  What is the needed ISO for night vision?  At 409,600 you could go outside and snap a hand held shot of darkness and see what's there!
