Camera-equipped drone crashes

We had a guy almost kill some people at a campground cutting down an 80 foot Ponderosa pine. When asked why he did it, he said that he, and his kids had never seen a really big tree fall. Later I was told that he was jailed, and fined $1000 for each ring in that stump. The tree had 120 rings, which made me laugh about how much his little show cost him. I hope his kids were really happy for that price.

Financial ruin is hilarious.

The geyser pools are extremely hot, so batteries would leach their contents for a long time. I am willing to bet this is what they are talking about. Also it was pretty much undisturbed prior to that, it is the same as dumping garbage into it.

That's one perspective. Another is that just because you can do something doesn't mean you should. Flying cameras
around, willy-nilly, is just unwise, but some folks don't understand
boundaries.

Isn't that an understatement!  I can think of a couple of people like this.

I read something like "he never seen a really big tree fall" and half chuckle and have shake my head wondering what must be going through their heads at their peak point act of stupidity.
