Tipping a model after a photo shoot?

If you hire a model and building up your portrait portfolio, after the shoot do you tip them?  I know certain industries it's kind of expected and others not.

If you do tip, how much are tipping?

For me if it was a paid shoot then no I would not. If it was a trade for, and they went above, and beyond what you needed then probably. Especially if they did better than a paid model.

If they've been paid already, no tip is needed.

:agree:  hiring them again would be the benefit and 'tip'.
