How long after the job are you sending photos?

Hey everyone.  Can I ask you all how long after your photo jobs are you then sending the client their photos?  I've been right around 10 days, but sometimes it's closer to 14.  Is that about average?

I give myself a week (depending) then try and do it in a few days.

10 days?! Why so long?

It depends on the job and the workload. It takes me two full days to process wedding pics. (Where are the film days. When you hand in the film for developing, an hour later you are ready to deliver!) So three four days if there's no other work.

Well, as others have stated, it all depends on my workload.  But I would say 7 to 10 days the client will usually have their photos.  If it's taking longer, I'll phone them and let them know I haven't forgotten about them.

Pretty much all I sell is photo's at dog field trials. Someone see's a photo they like and they take it home with them. I carry a printer, computer, frame's and framing supply's with me in an enclosed trailer. I've been doing the photo's for awards for the ore Britt Club for several years. In the fall trial they have a special award in remembrance of a past Britt man. I take the photo and 15 min later they have the photo, 8x10 framed for the winner.
