This constitutes roughly 25% of their orders, and they are 1 stars. People on long holds, customer service being difficult. I'm bummed! I'm wondering if I should roll the dice and try mine when it comes. Or just return it unopened so not to change getting it returned?
DJI has always struggled with customer service. They have gotten much better, however still far from where they need to be. Just reviewed some of those reviews and yes, there are some disturbed customers.
