Fuji Film simulation

Does anyone actually utilize these options/simulations?

I shoot Raw/Jpeg for every shot but I never look at the Jpeg or have even played with the simulations.  Any thoughts?  Worth using since I am shooting jpeg with the RAW?

Unless you need a JPG right now for some reason (wire service, IG, whatever), no, there's no value.

I could be missing something.

I don't use them personally.  I view them as trivial "benefits" for the system.

My thoughts too... They're trivial.  I just got back from being in a small village in China and was on location for a local, small movie being shot.  I was able to use them for wifi transfer to my phone and then send to the person doing social media.  The shots didn't really require any editing.

Off on a tangent here - Fujifilm has a particular "feel" to it. Even if you don't saturate the end-result with any HDR, there is a default amount of saturation to be expected. Not saying it's a bad thing - merely an observation.

I use the B&W Film Simulations all the time. The color ones? Not so much
