Celestron and Sky-Watcher relationship?

I've been shopping around for a new telescope and have been meaning to ask.  Are Celestron and Sky-Watcher the same brand?  If so, is one better than the other?

Here's an ad on Ebay that I found.

My Camera Bag:

Canon 7D | 50mm f/1.2 | 17-40mm f/4 | 70-200mm f/2.8 | 320EX | 580EXII

Speaking of this ad, are they including the eye piece and spotting scope as shown in the photo?  I didn't see text.  If so, then this seems like a good deal.

The smaller scope is called a "finder".  Which is common on telescopes for astronomy.  It has a wider field of view than the high powered main scope, making it easier to get the object in view in the first place.

Celestron owns Sky-Watcher and a couple of others.  I want to say Meade is even one of them.

Nice set up.  Yes, they are the same company.  Don't forget you'll need a mount.

They both have different 'flavors', however owned by the same company in China.
