Those video examples are definitely in the 'wow' category
Okay - the author mentions '4K + timelapse' along with other stuff > and it obviously needs extras that allow camera movement during exposure along with pp after the event

I know that the Panny FZ2000 does '4K + timelapse' easily, but I don't know about the other stuff

You probably don't want to. :-D It just leads to wanting more gear.

These are done with motorized sliders, as well as many single exposures that are processed and put together in post. I've been dabbling, but it's pretty clear that there's a lot to learn about creating a good timelapse.
