You don't even have to leave your kitchen to find ideas:








One light/softbox, one reflector, black plexiglass.

I found a local place that had all kinds of colors. This was a remnant, about 2.5' x 2', maybe? It's not real large.

Break out a macro lens and start taking photos of things up and close.  You'll be amazed with all the shot's you'll find and it programs you to think how you look at things.  

Canon 7D, 18-55mm, 55-250mm, 70-200mm L f/2.8, 100mm and 17-55mm f/2.8
