Tree fighting the snowstorm

When I shot this picture, the snow was up to my knees. It didn't bother me, as I was able to get this shot.

Nice, but perhaps that fence, or whatever it is, is a bit distracting.

Thats what i thought... Not really sure what it is and it makes your brain concentrate on wondering. Is that a hitch rail and feeders for horses?

I agree it is distracting. I was thinking of cloning it out and cloning out the weeds on the other side. But then I thought with the two of them there on either side of the tree, it sorta frames the tree. It's a toss up.

Oh and the fencing thing.. It's a spot where the park chains up the kayaks/canoes. So no matter where I stood it would have been in the picture.

Clone that stuff out, simplicity is extremely powerful.

When the last candle has been blown out
and the last glass of champagne has been drunk
All that you are left with are the memories and the images-David Cooke.
