Can someone Explain to me how this AWESOME pic is done? is it something you put in between the camera and the model or is it photoshop?

Yes its beautiful. a friend wasnt a similar pic for her birthday party in 2 weeks. i would love to learn how to take this picture. Heres another one i seen

It's done by placing a screen in front of the light source, which will create the image you see. It's very similar to if you stand in front of a window, with the blinds open. The sun shining through leaves shadow/light lines on you. That's all it is. It is pretty cool. I saw it done on ANTM. They used many different pattern screens to create this shadow affect. They did the shoot outdoors, using the sun as the lightsource.

Thank you Crystal!!! i actually seen something similiar to this done on a Americas next top Model photo shoot. The photographer used a patterned tabled cloth and the model had to find the light! Oh i just got it ANTM is what i just said lol! thanx again

You could do it in Ps, if you want to take a lot of time and induce frustration bending the shadows properly.

These seem to actually be color photos not black and white, if you notice the pink in her skintone etc. The shadows are what give it a black and white look. Interesting effect and you could do something like this through a window (if it was bright and sunny that is).
