This is a long exposure taken, last year, at a location within Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park that is known to the surfers as the, "Poles".

You will likely have at least one person here express appreciation for making the water look like water. Nicely done.

Since you are not further to the left, and the poles are not aligned in a way that makes a strong diagonal into the shot, I'm going to suggest that you need to crop out the taller 3 poles on the left. Their weight competes with those in the center. And their reflection is distracting, too. Were you to lose them, however, you'd have a series of poles that more effectively draws the eye into the center of the shot.

The slight vignette is, for me, too intentional. I think you could go much larger and really work the light in the image. In order to control where the eye goes. All that brightness lets the eye wander too much.

I like the exposure. Bring out the shadow details on the posts, if you can.

Gary,

I took your suggestions and have included the original and re-edited version for comparison. Removing the 3 to the left did bring one's attention more towards the center. I'm not sure if I am totally happy with the vignette.

Crop: works for me.
Vignette: still not quite right for me, but it's very subjective. I'd probably be using gradients in LR to create a diagonal of light along the poles, and darken the upper left/lower right areas. But that's just me.
