Olympus calls it Diorama. I wished it would rotate with the image but the effect is camera bottom and camera top which makes it side to side on a vertical.

I like it. I find it interesting. Very effective use, for me, so good job.

NB you could have shot in landscape and cropped it, too. But I find this successful.

I'm not annoyed with the blur at the sides, the tree stands as the subject and works well....It could also stand a tighter crop, but not necessary. (I love digital!)

I like the idea but I struggle with the entire tree not being in focus.  The edges of the branches are not sharp.  The base of the tree/trunk is in focus and draws my eyes to it.

It looks like a miniature model to me, as opposed to a real place photograph.  

I like the shot, just something else about it takes it out of reality to me.
