There's data in zone 10, usually reserved for light sources and specular
reflections. The only thing in this image that qualifies are the window
frames in the bottom right. Which means that the entire tonal range is
covered.

If, however, you think that the bright areas could be brighter, and more contrast could be used to draw out different things,
then yes, I agree. But, in the interest of precision, there's a distinction between processing an image
for best results and simply pointing to "dynamic range".

So, yeah, more drama:

Sometimes, it is kind of obvious to see what was done in PP
— specially when it is over done which is not the case here.
 
This picture presented a DR that left me a bit on my hunger
(just me). I have no way to know how you got to that result
but I can only see the conséquence in your rendition: a slight-
ly too flat DR… that I pointed to.

Your picture is now convincingly more spectacular, well done!
