Small Town Theatres from the 50's

In the state of Oklahoma there must be about 200 of these beautiful facia's. I do my best to photograph each as I drive by. Because these little towns are shrinking It's doubtful they'll be around for long.

My estimate is approx. two years to cover the small town looking for the theatres. It's nothing special but seems like a worthy historical project. In the future I'll post the locations and dates.

For the most part they aren't in operation. I'm most interested in the little towns with theatres that are closed down. The State Historical Society has a list with dates. Perhaps I should enter some of these.

They must be preserved. We don't have theaters like these anymore. Leave spaces every after photo as well.
