I love this baby...

And wanted to know if any of you had one of these.

Can you guys share an honest review? I want to buy a second body.

Cons? Cost maybe. If I were shooting Canon, I'd grab this body....
..and nobody has had one, its brand new.

Why so serious?

Cons:

There are a lot of reports of many owners having issues with focusing and some other problems with this body...

I'd hold off for a month or two...

Nikon has similar issues, a firmware update will be a fix. Only complainers post their displeasure. That's a lot of camera and you should STOP looking for negatives....

I have to admit it makes my mouth watery......
On the other hand hat IS a lot of money to spend on a hobby.......
My consideration, as a hobby photographer, is rather to replace my 60D with a 6D + good lenses....

I would say, wait until Canon sort out all the serious issues with this model, then, once it's fixed with firmware updates and selling like hot cakes, go buy the much reduced in price, 5DIII...;)

Rent one and find out.

Even better...unless you are looking for video, skip the 5DIV and go buy a 5DS or 5DSR...;)

The 5Dmk3 with Magic Lantern is so good as it is for video. I held off installing ML for years, but it's like having a whole new camera.
