Canon APS-C equivalent of the holy trinity?

Morning everyone.  Both Nikon and Canon have a holy trinity of lenses for their full frames.  Nikon is 14-24mm, 24-70mm and 70-200mm.  Canon full frame equivalent is the 16-35mm, 24-70mm and 70-200mm.

Is there something that is equivalent for the Canon APS-C bodies?

I really don't know how holy they are. I use the 24-70, 70-200 and 100-400 EF lenses on my 7D APS-C as well as my 6D full frame. I like having the extra reach they give me for wildlife on the 7D. I have a Tokina 11-20mm for wide angle shooting. It's also an EF mount for both cameras. The same goes for my macro lenses.

The only EF-S lenses I own is a kit lens that came with my first digital Rebel XT and a walk-around 18-200 that stay with the 7D. I just don't need the extra clutter and confusion.

Let's start with "there's no such thing as a full-frame equivalent."

The size of the sensor does not change the focal length of a lens. That's impossible. The only thing that changes is the view angle/area, which is smaller than what you get in a full-frame body. You might want to stop thinking that way, because it just causes confusion.

If you need a wider view angle, then you need different zoom ranges, but nobody really makes those. So, the "trinity" turns out to be... (wait for it)
14-24 f/2.8
24-70 f/2.8
70-200 f/2.8
