Canon 7d possible camera fault

1 year 2 months ago #699423 by norris73
Hi guys - I have 7d with less than 17000 actuations and selection of EF and EF-s lenses. Just recently, took a couple of shots and last one in series would not save to card (red light flashing as still processing) and "shots left" window started flashing. Would not go out until battery removed and replaced. Removed grip extension and swapped CF card for smaller capacity (32gb down to 4gb) All good.
Today went again with 70-200 f4 and no grip fitted - took 3 shots of subject and camera said was still processing, shots left window flashing and no go until battery removed etc.Only the first shot was processed to card. All contacts on body and all lenses cleaned prior. Any ideas?

ill have to try this with my 7D. I just got a 64GB card. The 32GB and 16GB appear to be working fine. Let me know if you found or resolved the issue. I will also keep asking around to see if anyone else has had this issue.
