Gallery Website Help
You don't say if you know anything about programming? PHP/HTML/JAVASCRIPT/MySQL? Do you have a hosting account upon which to host a program/database?
If what I just typed makes sense to you and you do have a hosting account, try a Google search for "open source photo gallery" . There are dozens of free packages out there.
You can also create a static web gallery from the options within Photoshop (FILE > AUTOMATE > WEB PHOTO GALLERY).
Or simply go for one of the myriad of free sites like Picasa/Flickr/Photobucket etc..
