what a waste of time the vid was -- get someone who likes HDR photography ! In other words , get rid of this self obsessed tosser !!

Their videos are usually fantastic, but this one really poo-pooed the potential of HDR 'done right.'

I say 'done right' because most people don't like the overcooked HDR. I personally like all kinds of HDR, both heavy-handed and barely touched. here are a couple of examples of my subtle and overcooked HDRs.

If you get through the snide jokes, and listen between the lines, he give great information. I would have liked to see the before and after shots since it seemed to be missing when he took the majority of the shots. To me, the processing would me more valuable!
