Must have software for photographers

Other than Photoshop, I'm curious what other software is considered a must have for photographers? What do you have?

Topaz Adjust and Photomatix HDR are my favorites along with an old NIK grad blue sky filter. It's the best for throwing in a blue sky in a pinch.

I use PhotoShop, but I will admit I had to take a college class before I could use it productively. And Photoshop can be pricey. If you can't afford PS and/or don't want to have to take a semester-long class to learn to use it, take a look at an inexpensive program called Photo Explosion. It only runs about $50.00, is available from quite a few sources and it's simple enough for self-teaching.
