Has your photography editing workflow changed?

Lately I hear more and more photographers saying they don't leave Lightroom and it's their exclusive workflow platform for editing photos.  

I don't fall into that category myself, but have noticed a shift in my workflow in the last few years.  Heck, I remember just a few years back I always used Photoshop for easily 90% of my photo editing.  Now I use Lightroom for 90% of my photo editing, honestly it might even be closer to 95%.  

Have any of you shifted your workflow in the recent years?

Since I have only been doing this about two years now, I don't do a lot of editing.  I work mainly in lightroom and then switch to Photoshop for some different cropping and some image sizing.  That's about it.

Why PS? That can all be done in LR.

To answer the OP, no. I started with LR, fell in love with it, and am quite happy with it. PS for heavy lifting, compositing, combining multiple images and complex edits. Could not live with LR.

Not really, I still use both pretty equally.  I would say Lightroom does get more use than Photoshop though, but that has been that way since I started.

I have only had LR for a couple of years, before that I was using ACDSee 14, DPP (Canon RAW developer), and Elements.  More recently I have picked up ACDSee PRO.  I have always used some flavor of ACDSee for my image management, still do.  For RAW editing I use LR for about 90% of my stuff.  For export to JPG it may be that ACDSee PRO gives me some advantages over LR, I'm still investigating that.  At this point it's been quite a while since I last used Elements!

PS 95%, even though I've become somewhat familiar with LR.  My tough change over is how well  I learned to use Bridge for image management, and that makes LR  less of a value, to me. I'm sure as I get to be as proficient, LR will be my go to, but in my case again, there is no rush....;)

Well that's because LR has made so many improvements.  If Adobe was selling the products individually, they would be shooting themselves in the foot.  As for one, I'm happy with just owning LR.

Yes, but not huge difference like some of you.  I do use LR more, for editing and cataloging of my photos.

While they may have something defined, I don't see any discernible timeframes for CC updates.

I use LR more and more these days then ever.  Then again Adobe keeps add more features to LR, so it's a nice almost all in one tool.
