Printing on wood?

7 years 8 months ago #490127 by Stacy Craig
I have a client who wants 7 of their kids portraits printed on wood.  The only company I've been able to find is WoodSnap.  Anyone work with this company before and can give some feedback to me?

Thank you!

Stacy

You leave a message for them?  Might have been out to lunch

Just leave a message, someone will most likely get back with you.

Let me say, I've not tried this company personally.  I came across them just before Thanksgiving last year.  Looked cool so I booked marked their page.

Sent you a PM.  Are you saying "are" or meant to say "aren't"?

You most likely called after hours or during lunch break.  Most companies take off during those times.

Let's see if I can help you out. You'll want to speak with Hanah or Amanda at woodsnap.  Actually theres another one who's name starts with an "E".  Elizabeth or something like that.  Good company, these guys have been around.

For 2 separate clients of mine, the colors WEREN'T as punchy as the clients wanted.  They blamed it on the wood.  I had to refund one of my clients and ended up eating the cost of the print.

Thank you all.  I'll give another try here soon.  I'm waiting on the client to clarify on a couple questions regarding the size of these prints and if they want frames.  I see frames are available.  Just don't know if the client wants. Errrrrrrr  What makes it frustrating is that this client is now traveling and response times are crummy.
