Let me try again: define "segment"? Do you mean extract a subject from an image? With a click? Perhaps you could explain how software is supposed to know your intent?

Yes, there is software that enables you to identify a subject and mask out its surroundings. But it takes at least a bit of work.

I saw something on Pinterest the other day that was demonstrating (alleged) ease of cutting out and compositing. Unfortunately I can't recall the name and could not find the sponsored add when I realized it might be pertinent. There's software out there. Go search for it.

Thanks! will try that one out. I also tried Versa-pastiche, and it's a pretty amazing app that does what I want. Since I'm not a pro, I sometimes want something in an instant. Haha thanks again,you've been a help to me!
