I'm trying to figure out why this is essentially $600 more than the regular P800.  Unless I'm missing something, it looks like the difference is all software related?

Save your $$, this is for someone printing shirts.  All you need is the normal P800

Very good printer.  Surprised this printer came out something like 4 years ago, work horse!

Would you guys buy this printer refurbished?  I just found:  www.printerscopiersandmore.com/index.php...NEAQYAiABEgLlpPD_BwE

Also when you have the paper feeder on the back, can you still print from the other feeders on it? Or do you need to take that on and and off each time?

If you get this printer, just be ready for the ink cartridges are $56 each.  Now with that sticker shock out of the way, the ink last long.  This is by far the best printer I have ever used.

An ink cartridge that lasts a long time isn't expensive. It requires an initial outlay, yes, but one must consider context, and what one is trying to accomplish, along with value. I'll take printing my own, on paper i select, any day of the week. I love my Epson 3880 (the precursor to the P800).

Now hasn't the P800 been out for some time, I wonder when Epson plans to bring the next to market?
