Photographers using an iPad in their regular workflow?

I have an iPad, however don't use it much.  Kind of feel this investment isn't paying off.   Do you find use for your iPad at all?  On the go?

I might be persuaded if I got some good ideas.  What are you using your iPad for?

I use my iPad Air 2 to control camera and flash in studio
and on location. It is how I present my portfolio as well.

Light is free… capturing it is not!

On our summer trip I shot in RAW+JPG, and transferred the JPGs to my iPad to tweak and post to FB.

I'm also starting to play with ProCreate.

I will edit with LR Mobile (or whatever they're calling it now).

I access my images in Drive.

I use it to control a CamRanger and motorized mount.

If Photoshop worked on it I would.  However no dice there.  I do use it to show off my portfolio, thats about it.

I was just reading that they are working on making this happen for iPads.  Perhaps in next couple months.  Should be nice?

There's already a Photoshop app for the iPad. Not full blown. And yes, they're working on something.

IMO the only advantage would be to use the Pencil for editing.

Has anyone tried pairing a blue tooth mouse to your ipad?

Apparently, iOS 13 appears to add mouse support. Google it.

My iPad is first generation, I'm lucky if I can surf the web with that thing

Yes, but not for editing photos.  I can't imagine with out a mouse this would be fun at all.
