Feedback and help please!!!

Hi guys,

Hope you are all doing fine.
So, I took some photos and I am building a new portfolio.
Quite new to this industry to be honest, and if possible I would like to ask you for your feedback on this picture:

So, as you can see I am using Photoshop. The following picture has a lot of exposure and the sun is very bright and harsh on her right arm.
Can you give me your feedback and, if possible, could you please help me fix this?

PS: I already tried Levels, Curves, Exposure, Brightness and Contrast to no avail...

Thanks in advance,

Tiago

Sample the color on her hand and/or arm. If it's fully white (255/255/255) then the highlights are blown and there's nothing you can (easily) do to recover.

Use a translucent reflector when shooting in bright sun to create some shade. Shooting in harsh light is never easy, so seek open shade or create your own. Or shoot at the golden hours.

It looks like the highlights are blown, if there is no detail in the highlights it will be next to impossible to recover. You could try a Shadows & Highlights adjustment in photoshop (Image - Adjustments - Shadows and Highlights) and tweak the highlights to see if you can recover any detail that maybe there. I doubt you'll have much success, it might be easier to re-shoot.
