help on removing reflection

How can I remover the yellow reflection under the chin?
any help appreciated.

Very easy. In Photoshop, create a duplicate layer, sample a spot on the neck to get the skin tone and paint over the green areas under the chin and some traces of the green on the neck and near the shirt. Change blend mode on duplicate layer to "color" and your done. Like magic.

Thank you very much for the help. I used photoshop with color brush and was able to remove this.
