Topaz GigaPixel so slow to use?

When you use this software, should it take over an hour to upscale an image?  Mines been chunking along for some time and I have a few photos to do.  Painfully SLOW!

You may want to check to see if there are any updates available for this as well.  That could be slowing it down.

Just Googled to see what this software was, does this really work?  Is this how people prep photos for super large prints?

As well as how much memory you have, it also depends on your Graphics card (or lack thereof- many computers have the graphics integrated into the chipset) and on the image itself (and how much of an enlargement)
