Got a printer that I could scan my own. Haven't tried it w/negs yet but have gotten better results than I expected scanning prints for it being a 'home' printer.

If you have a lot to do I suppose that would take a lot of time to scan your own.I have a lot of film but not that much that I'll probably scan.

I do have quite a lot plus I have so many Raw files to process.I stitch most of my landscapes and Ir processing is time consuming.Normally I just download my cards then discard what I don`t want later.
I will be very selective in what i`ll get scanned.
Thanks for the input Sharon, appreciate it.

They scan all kinds of negatives, slides, prints, you name it...
They're a sister company of the company I work with (PhotoBook Press)...

The best scanning service I am aware of is Color Folio in Sebastopol, California. Customer service is exceptional, and they can handle everything from B&W and color negs to transparencies up to at least 8"x10".

They have scanned all of my work that I have produced for fine gallery prints, and I have been extraordinarily pleased with the results. Ask for Bob when you call.
