Playing around with DOF and more flowers!

I took this shot with my 105mm with of course a pretty wide aperture, I think I was f/4. This was a bed of beautiful yellow flowers at a Home Depot. What do you think of it? As I've mentioned before I'm really open for suggestions on my photography. Thank you so much!

The out of focus flowers in the foreground tend to distract from your focal pont of the flowers in the middle of rhe frame...Now if it were me, I'd get closer as well & get just a few blooms in the frame, but that's just my opinion...

Being a newbie, I like it. But think a tad closer would be pretty cool also

I don't like it.

The bright foreground flowers are distracting. Taking away from the subject.
There is a very thin row of flowers that is in focus, but I lose focus of those flowers because the rest of the picture is over taking what is in focus. Which I wonder if it is completely in focus or is it just the way the photo was upload, poor resolution for viewing. Because those flowers look like they are suppose to be in focus, but they are a bit fuzzy to me.
Also the white bright background at the top of the image is also distracting.

I don't mind the shot, I think with a wider area of flowers in focus and ditch the slightly over exposed flowers in the front would really improve this shot.
