I love trying to find different ways to create that unique and different look in studio photography for my clients. For this shot I would stab different bars of neon light in the background while exposing for the light bulbs in the for ground. The end results were pretty cool. What you all think?

These colors really work well in this shot.  What camera was used?  I don't suppose you recall the setting you used?

The camera was a zone 6 Wista Field View Camera with the brass fittings and Cherry Wood. I think the lens was a Schneider-Kreuznach Super-Symmar HM 120mm F5.6 MC 4X5 Large Format Lens set at F64 with a 1.5 minute exposure on Fuji 50 Velvia preload 4x5 film.
