I like the composition! Maybe shoot it without the person's legs, unless you want them more prominent in the photo maybe more in focus and closer to the camera.  Good job

I like the idea, the color, the location.

But you did not commit to the legs. Are they important? An afterthought? A nuisance?

If your story is one of "last walk on the beach as summer ends" then your person should be more prevalent, and perhaps in focus. Especially since there's really nothing else.

If your story was about the sand and surf, and leaving everything else to the imagination, then lose the feet and work the composition featuring just the sand and water. By which I mean, more diagonals, as opposed to the clear vertical bisection.

And please level your horizon if it's going to be in the shot.

IMO, of course.
