Planes of Fame

Planes of Fame is not your standard air museum.  Many of the planes are used in movies. Most of the prop planes on display fly and are flown routinely.  For the photographer this is important because the planes are moved.  On return trips the photographer will find the same planes, but with much different lighting.

Awesome set. The first shot is my top pick! Very good contrast and depth.

Thank you Adam.

I was shooting the Planes of Fame 'graveyard' when I ran into a guy from Australia.  I sorta wondered by an Australian on holiday would spend time in Chino.  He said that there are plenty of air museums back home ... "but nothing compares to this".

The third shot is perfect. It is indeed movie-like photo.
