It's that time of year again
End of Spring season, the start of the Summer months - harvesting time - the paddocks are busy with farmers checking growth and moisture levels, and booking the contractors, the blokes and their machinery, and trucks aplenty to cart the grains to the silos and rail centres.

At a grain receiving centre in the next town we stopped at, I chatted to one of the operators about their side of the harvest - to be told that "yesterday we took 1000 tonnes of wheat, from one paddock on one farm and that paddock still has 1/3- to go until empty. They expect that farm to deliver 3,500 tonnes of wheat over 3-days of harvesting".

i- the push button telephone;
ii- the photocopy machine;
iii- the rotary clothes line out in the sunshine;
iv- the cochlear ear implant;
v- the aircraft black box recorder
vi- recycling old car tyres back into fuel
and I could go on - and on
