Forgot I did this. Makes me miss my Canon 85 f/1.2L Mark II lens.

10 bucks to the first person who can see the chromatic aberration first!

Love the point of view and the focus point. I've never seen that much blue chromatic aberration before. Was that typical of that combo?

It's a purplish hue, but yes. All the canon lenses that were 1.2 usually had bad CA on certain things. I'm sure some of the faster nikon primes have the same thing.

I feel you already know this, but there is a CA correction tool (via sliders) in ACR.

I noticed the CA right away. But then, that's my job. To pick apart other people's photos and rip 'em a new one. And do it with kindness. ;)

I wouldn't know about nice Nikon primes. I've never owned any. I have to make do with my junk. That is still the worst case of chromatic aberration that I have seen. I don't think I've ever seen it show up that wide from an object edge. I guess the light and the angle formed a perfect storm here.

Yes, i agree. With those primes it usually shows up on chrome wide open.

MLK. I could have killed it in 3 seconds. People get to learn about CA now. :) So it was worth it to leave it on.
