Beach Dream

Taken yesterday at a local-ish beach. It was freezing cold.. Sunset was a bust so I pulled out my special box of Photoshop sepia crayons. Originally I wanted a pastel dreamy sunset, kept most of that idea with the sepia, just left out the pastel colors.

the sepia sure makes it look like a very old photo, cool !

You will not be judged as a photographer by the pictures you take, but by the pictures you show.

Love the composition and the contrast of the trees and the fence. A fence is a major + for compositions.

Shoot, learn and share. It will make you a better photographer.

Thanks everyone. This was my last ditch effort to shoot a sunset before starting the evening shift for the next month.. On the plus side, at least there's more internet time available than on the dreaded day shift!

I like the composition, good job, but it doesn't really look sepia to me, unless my monitor is off. Looks more along the lines of B&W.

Thank you Cruso. It's B&W with sepia split tone applied in Lr. More of a warm B&W than a real heavy sepia.
