Color one, would be a waste to lose those nice saturated tones. But is the black and white version really black and white? On my screen I seem to discern some very low saturation blue on the left sky and orange/brown on the sand right.

I usually tend to like B&W more then color but not in this case. The color you captured is so rich and fantastic that to me you have to share in that style. Fantastic work!!!!!!

I like both versions but I think the color has the most impact imho. The color version is what I want to see everytime I see a sunset anywhere.
