Interesting idea! I like the effect on the trees and bridge. I don't think the motion problem in the water has been handled, or, if it can be. Perhaps a composite of the HDR for the top and a single exposure for the water? :thumbsup:

There must be something wrong with me. I find the emphasis on the trees distracting; i.e. there's a whole lot going on that doesn't say anything to my eye. I would expect the building to be more the focus. Agree that using a long exposure for the water would be a good thing, at least for the falling portion, but not sure that's really going to work anyway. It does come across as 2 separate pieces stuck together.
