Very nice. I would also like to see it shot with a little longer lens (which would be different from just cropping).

I will return here in a few month when the sun is in a better position and can actually bee seen. I will try a longer lens then as well. Thx for the tip.

Agree about different light, but not too much flare.

Disagree about the lens. Shorter, get lower, and closer to the driftwood, and remove that piece on the right. Some wave action wouldn't be bad, either.

Well if you do get lower and closer, make sure you still get the rocks in the background. That acts as a nice natural frame in this photo.

Beautiful.

Must just be me, because nobody has mentioned it, but the colors in the bottom half just look wrong.

Nope, your right.  The sand has some strange color zones going on.

Looks like color saturation caused a shift in colour around the driftwood.

Shoot, learn and share. It will make you a better photographer.

Yhea I Agree, The Colours on the bottom seems like a Oil Stain, but in the Overall the composition  is very good, but the horizon colours seems a little bit satureted
My opinion

An eye for an eye, LSD and antidepressants. Everything in balance. Buddhists call it karma and Christians call it the golden rule, Jews call it— I don't know. Rabbi Hillel said something poignant. Universe always settles the score.
Does it?
No, but it should.
