Did you use a fill flash for the front side of your model?  Every time I try a shot like this with out a flash, their front side is all dark.  

I love the shot!

Normally we would use flash thru a large modifier, but here we only had a large soft white reflector available, not the best fabric as the sun was low and weak

yes thanks, we like doing wide angle, a person or people often add perspective, the sun was just right though next time we´ll take the flash, it makes for a better exposure than the reflector at longer distances :-)

Thank you Happy Pixel, i work professionally with my partner in southern Spain, we hope to move later in the year and organize photography expeditions in north central America, originally we had hoped to organize tours in Madagascar, but there have been several bad outbreaks of pneumonic and bubonic plague recently - but we´ll get there eventually lol
