Sure.

For me the tonal range is rather limited (as evidenced by the histogram) and I'm not clear on why that's a good thing. I'd like those middle grays spread out, and some contrast or clarity added to sharpen things up. Overall, the bright part isn't interesting, and there's no real contrast to direct my eye due to the (perceived) softness of the ships. The use of a long exposure here removes the kind of detail that might provide some visual interest.... or maybe not. But some work to bring attention to the subject would be helpful. IMO, of course.
