I would absolutely love some constructive criticism.

I shot this on a Canon SL1 and will be switching to an 80D in a few days.

Im just gonna show you and  explain, I hope thats ok, let me know and I'll take it down again.

I like the photo but main concern is your composition. In these style photos I dont like when you dont get the whole building, i.e the top spiral. Since you cant reshoot, I would edit that out, giving the appearance of a shot done on purpose. I also got rid of the sign to the bottom left. Otherwise I barely just opened up the shadows to bring some light in to the bottom of the picture.

Sorry for me, not feeling this one.  I would like to see more story or something that builds more depth to the photo that will make it interesting.  For example symmetry for example, that palm tree on the left could have been fully included to create a frame.

We all are working on our craft, and I'm in the same boat so hope I might have been a little help!

While I was editing the picture I actually got mad at myself for missing the top of the tower like that, so I agree. And good catch on the sign, LOL. I didn't even notice it

I actually agree on the palm tree on the left, I wanted it more in the picture but because of trees on the other side of the street I tried to make the best of it. If I went further out it would have caught those

To add, there are not much details in the foreground. It is just dark and shadowy.

The colors of the lights are a bit interesting though but you could have photographed the whole structure.

Nice colors. The dark areas are too dim-colored.
