Don't cut off the tips of the cat tails.

It looks like you've got a couple things going on here that you should watch out for.

In your background, the breeze disturbed the water in the top third of the frame which eliminates any reflection and is quite distracting. Nothing you can do to fix in post, just watch for it next time you shoot. If it's a breezy day, I like to use a longer exposure to smooth out the water and create a dreamy effect.

Your subjects appear to be the cat tails. You've cut off the tops of a few of them, this further divides the image and leads the eye out of the frame. Maybe try searching for some of uniform height, or just zoom out until their all in frame.

Overall, your image is not very sharp. Make sure that you're subject is what your camera is focusing on. Or if you're shooting in live view, zoom in and adjust your focus manually.

The colors are very good though, you've done an excellent job preserving the strong sunset light.

If your subject is the cat tails, have all the details in the frame. Make it sharp too.
