Yes and generally located in the poorer communities. Preying on the uneducated and lower end of society.

Yes - also across Asia & Africa, selling them one-ciggy at a time to the "enjoy the experience"

In Downunder-land with taxes etc included, ciggy's are now in the $1 - $1,10 range per cigarette [still sold as packs of 20 - 30 -40, all with gov't decreed plain packaging and health warnings

Good one!
I love the “open” sign while everything looks very closed. 
You mention “poorer communities” and I noticed the oil leaks at every parking spot.
