Fine art.  Great shots, I normally don't care for single color pops, but this one works with the flag.  

I don't need no stink'in Signature! ha ha ha

its not a ‘pop’ so mulch as a subtraction.
Early morning colours on the Bay in winter tend to be muted.
the predominant colours are yellow and red so it’s easy to desaturate the blue end of the spectrum as was done here. 
What you see is what remains.

This is what I call a Reminder Photo. It’s to remind the astute viewer of where they are and how they got there.
Firstly, It’s Halong Bay not HoiAn as I first noted. It’s annoying that I can edit my post after posting.
Next is that the only access is by tourist boat.
The last is to remind us that it’s a communist country and strict controls exist.
All that makes the photo just a bit more interesting than the standard landscape shot.
