Turbulence has just the right amount of blur in the water! :)

How can someone with such a smile be pesky… DAQ!

Thanks N/S

Because with her smartphone she consistently takes better pictures than I do!

What do you expect?

You may have shown her too well

There's much truth in that, N/S. Fourteen years ago I took her on as an apprentice wedding photographer naively believing that she would eventually take over the business and keep me in luxury the rest of my life. Instead she relocated to another state and set up on her own and got ten times as many bookings as her poor old dad! - Nowadays I have cause to reflect upon Cat Stevens prophetic song (with a gender twist!) -

"I've long since retired and my girl's moved away
I called her up just the other day
I said, I'd like to see you if you don't mind
She said, I'd love to, dad, if I could find the time
You see, my new job's a hassle, and the kids have the flu
But it's sure nice talking to you, dad
It's been sure nice talking to you
And as I hung up the phone, it occurred to me
She'd grown up just like me"
